| Tip 2: Breathe Maybe it's a big client presentation. Maybe it's the moment just before your youngest is ready to sing on stage. Perspiration happens. And it happens from 2 things: temperature increase and emotional anxiety. Of those two, emotional anxiety produces the quickest and, sometimes, most noticeable results.
